- OBJECTIVES OF THIS WORK
- Confirm the action of PDL 585 nm on collagen remodeling after two surprising experiments
- Try and find the right parameters for our machine to be efficient in remodeling
- WHICH PARAMETERS WERE USED ?
- N-Lite 585 nm :
- 5mm spotsize
- 2, 5 to 3 joules / cm2
- Photogenica V 585 nm :
- 5 mm spotsize
- 2,5 to 3 joules / cm2
- Endpoint : sub-purpura (transitory blue color of the skin)

Claudette G. : Severe photodamage N.B. One can notice the " opening " of the folds of the wrinkles in the lower part of the maxillar branch, were nothing but N-Lite was performed : they show their inner part, which is white compared to the suntanned color of the skin surface |
